Ties will often shorten while being shipped because of being folded and after wearing a couple of times will be the correct length again. We have three of our staff measure every tie before packing. Also how we measure may differ from how you measure.
Please check our News area on the front page for delivery updates.

America currently has a duty rate of 7.2% for ties; for orders up to $800 normally duty is not collected. In Australia duty is not normally collected for orders up to 1,000 Australian dollars.
Countries in Europe and Canada usually collect both customs duty and VAT tax which can be expensive - sometimes using registered airmail will lower your taxes but only sometimes not always and we are not part of your country's tax collections.
For more information, please contact your local customs office.
