Shipping: We ship from Bangkok, Thailand where we have our workshop in the Ramkamhaeng University district. Our rates are worldwide.
We will post updates on our estimated delivery times on the front page of our store in the "News" section. Please research your country's special customs duty and paperwork requirements before you order. If you require something faster, let us know and we’ll try to arrange whatever you need (at additional cost). If you wish to use Paypal to pay for your order please place your order on our website and then after you have the total for your order including shipping go to www.paypal.com and send payment to our e-mail address: customerservice@samhober.com Returns: We want you to love your what you order from us. If you find that within 30 days of receipt that the quality of your order is not acceptable, simply email us with a note asking for an exchange or refund. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges when you change your mind about a color, fabric or size for example. All refunds are made in the same way that payment was made. Our Goals: We feel that an organization's responsibility to society is determined by that organization's collective talents and inclinations; accordingly our mission is to promote traditional weaving and the crafting of fine neckties, pocket squares and scarves. We do not consider it enough to simply trade fairly with our craftpersons and suppliers; whom are our family, friends, and neighbors. Instead, we have a commitment of respecting and encouraging all stakeholders who take an active part in the company’s mission. This respect takes many forms ranging from taking part in local ceremonial traditions, to preserving arts that are in danger of being lost, to sometimes something as practical as encouraging a student to stay in school, or a grandmother to take her vitamins. For our clients our respect is shown by providing traditional handmade products that we make ourselves and sell in a simple old-fashioned way.
